Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department Public Announcement Child Safety

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY (4/13/12) – A number of Businesses, Churches and individuals in Muhlenberg County have made donations to the National Child Safety Council that has made it possible for The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department to be able to provide a Fingerprint and Photo I.D. File for children.

Parents and guardians may stop by the Sheriff’s Office during normal business hours (8-4) Monday – Friday and pick up the free file. The file offers a fun and creative way to keep your child’s personal identification records. The file includes an area for fingerprints, a photo, physical description, dental records and other personal information.

The Sheriff’s Office encourages all Muhlenberg County parents and guardians to pick up the free file. If you have any questions please feel free to call the office at 270-338-3345.
